  • Grading which include adjacent transition areas, smooth surface, finish unpaved areas to receive topsoil within limited tolerance.
  • Excavation to include removal of all disposal, obstruction and all material encountered.
  • Backfill and fill all excavated as promptly as required by placing backfill and fill materials in layers.
  • Compaction in controlling soil compaction during construction providing maximum percentage of density. Also to control moisture within the code.
